Terms of Sale
Medical License Requirement: To purchase Class 2 and Class 3 medical devices as well as any non-controlled pharmaceutical product, customers must provide evidence of holding a valid medical license or an equivalent certification from the State of residence. This information must be on file with Medical Innovations prior to any orders being filled. If an order is placed without a medical license on file, the order will be held for approval until a valid license can be provided. To avoid any delays, please ensure that a valid medical license on file.
Shipping Restrictions: We only service addresses within the continental US.
Product Dating Guarantee:
- All medical devices we sell are guaranteed to have a shelf life of at least 6 months from the date of purchase.
- However, the following products are guaranteed to have a minimum shelf life of 3 months:
- Prefilled Syringes
- Electrodes
- Solutions
- Blood Collection Tubes
- In the event that you receive a product with a shelf life shorter than what is guaranteed, please contact customer service immediately.
Return Policy:
- Report any damages within 10 days of receipt.
- We accept returns of unopened and unaltered products within 30 days of receipt. Customers will receive a full refund for the product, excluding any shipping charges.
Innovative Guarantee:
- Products that carry the Innovative Guarantee can be returned for a full refund, provided any unused portion is shipped back to us.
- Products marked with the Innovative Guarantee can be returned irrespective of their opened status as long as:
- The dating on the product has not expired beyond the guaranteed shelf life mentioned above.
- No more than 50% of the product has been used.
- Please note that any product marked with the Innovative Guarantee is only eligible for this guarantee once. Upon a second return of the same item, Medical Innovations reserves the right to refuse further execution of the Innovative Guarantee for that product.
